Announced a few weeks ago for release at the end of the year, Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is currently undergoing a beta phase subject to some negative reviews from fans. While the first beta version of the game should not be accessible on PC and Xbox One before August 11, it has already been there since yesterday for the happy owners of a PlayStation 4. This test phase is therefore an opportunity for players to report to the developers a certain number of problems to be solved and improvements to be made. It already seems that one element in particular is the reason for the dissatisfaction of a lot of players: the bulletproof vest. This armor is therefore part of the new equipment available in this Black Ops 4 and the testers do not seem to appreciate its presence.

So Treyarch's developers were keen to comment on their concerns on Reddit saying that while the body armor "can be frustrating to fight", it is not expected to be modified or removed at this time. The studio advises players to first explore all the possibilities of class creation and give this body armor "a few more days to breathe" before railing against this or that element of gameplay. The developers therefore prefer take the time to analyze all the data that this beta will bring to light before making any changes to the game.

However, if we do some research on Reddit about this Black Ops 4, we quickly see a lot of comments comparing the addition of this armor to a nuisance similar to the increased health of the Juggernaut from Call of Duty: World at War although you have to sacrifice other bonuses to use this benefit.

We remind you that, for French players, accessions to the different beta phases will take place on the following dates and times : from Friday August 3 (19 p.m.) to Monday August 6 (19 p.m.) for PS4 players, from Friday August 10 (19 p.m.) to Monday August 13 (19 p.m.) for PS4 players, Xbox One and PC players with pre-ordered the game then, from Saturday, August 11 (19 p.m.) to Monday, August 13 (19 p.m.) for all PC players.
