So Treyarch's developers were keen to comment on their concerns on Reddit saying that while the body armor "can be frustrating to fight", it is not expected to be modified or removed at this time. The studio advises players to first explore all the possibilities of class creation and give this body armor "a few more days to breathe" before railing against this or that element of gameplay. The developers therefore prefer take the time to analyze all the data that this beta will bring to light before making any changes to the game.
However, if we do some research on Reddit about this Black Ops 4, we quickly see a lot of comments comparing the addition of this armor to a nuisance similar to the increased health of the Juggernaut from Call of Duty: World at War although you have to sacrifice other bonuses to use this benefit.
