Dance Black ops cold war, Treyarch has made the decision to increase the score bonus thresholds to 10 and 15 win streaks in order to allow you to use les killstreaks requiring more points. The good news is that if you die, your point streaks won't be reset as they accumulate over the course of your game.

Here is the full list: 

• Compound bow (level 5): Requires 500 points 
  • Arrows burn targets and surroundings.
    • Charging time: 120s.
• RC-XD (level 9): Requires 800 points
  •  RC car armed with explosives.
    • Charging time: 90s
• Spy Plane: Requires 1000 points 
  • Reveal enemy positions through the Fog of War.
    • Charging time: 90s
• Counterintelligence Aircraft: Requires 1 points
  • Scramble the enemies minimap and disable their turrets for a short time.
    • Charging time: 60s.
• Armor (level 20): Requires 1 points
  • Reduces bullet impact. Receiving too much damage results in its destruction. 
• Strategic Package: Requires 1 points
  • Drops a random point streak bonus. The crate self-destructs after use.
    • Charging time: 90s.
• Automatic Turret (level 17): Requires 2 points
  • Deploy a deadly automated turret that targets enemy players, vehicles, and equipment.
    • Charging time: 60s.
• Napalm Strike (level 23): Requires 2 points
  • Drops a targeted carpet bomb consisting of explosive napalm.
    • Charging time: 30s.
• Artillery (level 14): Requires 2 points
  • Launches a coordinated artillery strike on three targets. Unused keystrokes can be used later.
    • Charging time: 30s.
• Cruise missile (level 11): Requires 2 points
  • Pilot a trio of devastating missiles with air boost and brake controls. Secondary missiles automatically aim at marked targets.
    • Charging time: 90s.
• Air Patrol (level 33): Requires 3 points
  • Calls in a squadron of fighter jets to attack hostile air point streaks. Can counter enemy Air Patrols.
    • Charging time: 0s.
• War Machine (level 36): Requires 3 points
  • High explosive grenade launcher.
    • Charging time: 60s.
• Attack Helicopter: Requires 4 points
  • Call in an armed air support helicopter.
    • Charging time: 60s.
• Support helicopter (level 27): Requires 6 points
  • Take the place of the gunner in a helicopter sent in air support.
    • Charging time: 60s.
• VADA Escort (level 50): Requires 8 points
  • Destroy enemy infantry and vehicles from the cockpit of a fearsome ADAV.
    • Charging time: 90s. 
• Assault Aircraft (level 54): Requires 10 points
  • Take the place of the gunner in an attack plane sent in air support.
    • Charging time: 90s.
