Cheating being very present in video games and the Call of Duty license, we explain how to report a player in Vanguard to fight against these users. Almost all FPS are victims of cheaters, using software to feel superior on the battlefield, with, among other things, aimbots, wallhacks or speed boosts, to name a few. While Warzone and Black Ops Cold War fell victim to these cheaters, Call of Duty: Vanguard has also been since the launch of the beta. However, it is possible to limit these malicious users, simply by reporting them to Activision, so that the necessary is done to get them banned.
First of all, you must go to the "Social" menu of the game. To do this, when the game is in progress, you must press the Triangle (PlayStation) / Y (Xbox) key to open the menu. On PC, you just need to click on the tab. Here are the different steps to follow:
Head to the “Recent Players” tab.
Find the username of the player you think is using cheat software, then highlight it just by hovering on it.
To confirm its name, press the X (PlayStation)/A (Xbox) button. For PC players, you need to left click on the player's name.
Choose the appropriate option, but in this specific case it will be "Cheat", then validate by pressing "Report player".
Several reports will still be more effective than one, so do not hesitate to ask other players to do the same, only if you are sure that the player to report is a cheater.
