Hit an opponent while the lupine track is active, Nightmares 2022 challenge

As you will have noticed following the release of Update 22.20 of Fortnite, new challenges have appeared with the Fortnitemares event, Frenchified in Fortnite: Nightmares. Although not very difficult, since they are basically new things that are quite easy to pick up, you may not know exactly what to do to validate them. Do not panic, we explain everything to you. Here, we will help you to validate the challenge asking you to hit an opponent while the lupine track is active.

Hit an opponent while the lupine track is active

This challenge may seem difficult given that the lupine trail is not necessarily something known to all players. Be aware that this was added in the 22.20 update on October 18 and altars allow you to obtain howler claws. These claws, and these tracks will be used to validate the challenge that interests us here.

The easiest way is to go to one of the alteration altars to get the howler claws (see map below for locations). If you are lucky, a player will be close to you once you have danced on the altar (which activates the lupine track) and you will only have to inflict damage on them in stride. 


Otherwise, once you have the howler claws, you can activate the lupine track at any time and then hit an opponent. All you have to do is press the button to aim (right click on PC, R2 on PlayStation or RT on Xbox, by default). You therefore have two solutions to complete this challenge and recover the 15 XP.
