If you are a collector of Animal Crossing amiibo figures or cards, know that it is possible to use a large number of them in Animal Crossing: New Horizons ! These amiibos may allow you to have an additional resident of your choice on your island, or even bring them to Photopia, Joe's Island.

How do I use amiibos in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?
To redeem your amiibo cards or figures in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you'll need to go to Nook Stop ! Before that, you must first have built the campsite et recruited your first resident, otherwise this option will not be available. Once that's done, go to Nook Stop, the terminal located in the Residents office. An option will allow you to call amiibos, and some of them may then come into your Camping site, if it is not already occupied!
