The turnip course is one of the many ways to get bells in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The principle is simple: every Sunday, Porcelette comes to sell you turnips, and you have one week to resell them at a better price before they rot!

Turnip course on Animal Crossing: New Horizons, how does it work?
Every Sunday morning from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m., you can buy your turnips at Porcelette, a well-known Animal Crossing NPC. These turnips have the sole purpose of being subsequently resold, As the turnip course, to make a profit from bells. Porcelette turnips will be sold to you between 90 and 110 Bells. You then have a week to resell them at the Nook Shop before they rot!

For information, the turnip price changes twice per day : at noon and at midnight. Do not hesitate to go and find out about this course several times a day, with the aim of reselling them for more than the base price. You can also ask your friends the price of turnips on their island, and this one is very good, you can go and sell them there!
The resale prices of the turnip vary between 50 to 800 bells. The goal will therefore be to try to find the best price before the following Sunday!
Be careful though, if you use time travel (advancing the date of your console to go faster in the game), your turnips will rot instantly!
