As you will have noticed following the release of Update 22.20 of Fortnite, new challenges have appeared with the Fortnitemares event, Frenchified in Fortnite: Nightmares. Although not very difficult, since they are basically new things that are quite easy to pick up, you may not know exactly what to do to validate them. Do not panic, we explain everything to you. Here, we will help you to validate the challenge asking you to destroy pumpkin lanterns with a ranged weapon.

Destroy Pumpkin Lanterns with a Ranged Weapon

The two main difficulties of this challenge reside in the fact that it is necessary a ranged weapon, then find these famous pumpkin lanterns. Regarding ranged weapons, be aware that you will only have the choice between the different rifles with a scope, which limits the possibilities. Fortunately, you should, very quickly, find one.

Then, you will have to go to a place offering pumpkin lanterns. You can, in particular, opt for Greasy Grove, the south of Tilted Towers or even Bourg-Jonesy, in which we find between three and four. Otherwise, there are other locations all over the island. You can find, on our map below, several places in which at least three pumpkin lanterns are nearby.


Once five pumpkin lanterns destroyed with a ranged weapon, you will unlock a graffiti.
