For the occasion, the Chef Dindou came to visit you on your island, and will appoint you as his clerk to prepare different recipes. You will then owe him find ingredients, and sometimes help you from your neighbors to find these ingredients!

Where to find Yellow Perch for Sharing Day on Animal Crossing?
La yellow perch, is the name given to one of the fish that can be found on Animal Crossing: New Horizons. You will definitely need it during this sharing day, to give one of your neighbors in exchange for a ingredient for a Dindou recipe.
Finding one is very simple! Indeed, the Yellow Perch is present from October to March (northern hemisphere) or April to September (southern hemisphere) in River of your island. Of rather average size, you will find it at any time of the day. All you have to do is fish it with your fishing rod to get it!
If you catch more than you need, know that you can resell it in the Nook Shop for the sum of 300 bells.
