Every year, players can follow The Game Awards ceremony, distinguishing the best games released over the past 12 months, according to several categories. Moreover, we now know the date of the 2022 edition of The Game Awards. Indeed, Geoff Keighley recently shared the information on his official Twitter account. So the ceremony The Game Awards 2022 will take place on December 8, in Los Angeles. The evening will be broadcast on the usual communication channels, namely YouTube and Twitch (most certainly on the night of 8 to 9, at home in France). Moreover, this 2022 edition will offer a brand new category, “The Best Adaptation Award”, which will reward a video game adaptation (film, podcast series, etc.).
It will also be an opportunity to learn a little more about the titles to come in 2023 since many announcements will be made during The Game Awards 2022 ceremony and we can expect several World Premieres.
