    — Jason Schreier (@jasonschreier) June 2, 2021 Announced for this year 2021, God of War Ragnarok is unfortunately postponed for a few months, and will not arrive before 2022. The reason for this decision is, according to Hermen Hulst, that the title is "affected by motion capture access". Because of this, the developers made the decision to push back the title in order to offer players an “incredible game”.
Concerning God of War, the project started a little later. We have therefore decided to postpone the game until next year, so that Santa Monica Studio can offer us an exceptional God of War. As of now, God of War Ragnarok hasn't released much information about its content, but we should have more details in the coming months.
