As if to apologize for the lack of content during The Game Awards 2021, Nintendo went up and decided to host one last showcase for the year. The Indie World Showcase, which aired on December 15, featured a number of new titles and updates on games announced a few months ago.

Aliisha: The Oblivion of the Twin Goddesses

Aliisha is a co-op puzzle adventure where you take control of Aliisha and her twin sister Lisha, as they explore the temples of the world. It can be played alone, but it is recommended to do so with a friend. It will be released in the spring of 2022.



Endling: extinction is forever

Endling is a side-scrolling adventure game where you play as the last mother fox in a world where foxes are on the brink of extinction. It is developed on Unreal Engine 4 and will be playable in the spring.

Creed Valley is the sequel to the beloved action/adventure game Figment, this time inviting players to delve into the human mind. You play as Dusty, the "courage" of the spirit to fight the nightmares that plague his lands. It will also be released in 2022.

World OlliOlli

OlliOlli World was first revealed in April, although it now has a full gameplay trailer and a February 2022 release date during the Direct. This colorful skateboarding action platformer is the third game in the OlliOlli series.

EP Afterlove

The developer of heart-to-heart conversation simulator Coffee Talk comes up with this new half-sim, half-rhythm game title called Afterlove EP. Join Rama in modern Jakarta as he finds new love and learns to move on. Afterlove EP is out in the summer of 2022.

It sounds like a nice side roll, but Dungeon Munchies tells the story of an undead looking to get out of a bizarre facility. The goal is to hunt down creatures, eat them to gain abilities, and stay safe. It's already available to download from the Nintendo eShop for $16,99.

Dirt

Grime is a ruthless Metroidvania RPG set in an anatomical horror world. Prepare to destroy grotesque enemies with living weapons…and then consume their remains. As a highly rated game on Steam, it is now set to release on Nintendo Switch this summer.


Let's play! Oink Games

Let's play! Oink Games is the indie industry's Jackbox Party. It is a game consisting of several unique board games (Oink) that you can play. There are four confirmed titles, including Startups and Deep Sea Adventure, but more will be added. The game is currently available for $21,99.

Parkasaurus
